Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rumbi website and the custom business automation services provided by Rumbi LLC (“Rumbi,” “we,” “us”). Each project is also governed by a written proposal, scope or statement of work (“Project Agreement”). If a Project Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Project Agreement controls for that project.

1. Using our website

You may use our website to learn about our Services and contact us. Don’t misuse it, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or submit false or harmful information through our forms.

2. Our services

We design, build and support custom automations and related services, including search and AI visibility work, as described in each Project Agreement. Information on our website, including examples, describes the kinds of work we do and is not an offer for specific deliverables or prices.

3. Quotes, fees and payment

Each project is quoted based on its scope. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Fees, payment schedule and accepted payment methods are set out in the Project Agreement. No payments are taken on this website.
Changes to an agreed scope are quoted before the work is done.
Third-party tools your automations rely on (for example, a CRM or automation platform) may have their own fees, which you pay directly unless agreed otherwise.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and timely access to the tools and people needed for the project.
Make sure you have the right to share any data and grant any access you give us.
Comply with the laws that apply to how you contact your customers, including consent rules for email and text messages.

5. Access to your accounts

We use access you grant only to perform the Services, follow the practices described on our Security page, and remove our access at the end of the project unless you ask us to keep supporting it.

6. Ownership

Once paid for, the automations, configurations and documentation we create for you belong to you, and live in accounts you own wherever possible. We keep ownership of our general know-how, methods and reusable tools.

7. Launch support and changes

Each project includes a launch support period as stated in the Project Agreement. After that, fixes and changes are provided under an ongoing support arrangement or quoted separately. Third-party tools change over time, and we are not responsible for changes they make, though we’ll help you adapt.

8. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including leads, sales, search rankings or mentions by AI assistants. Search engines and AI tools control their own results.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided as described in the Project Agreement without other warranties.

10. Ending a project

Either party may end a project as described in the Project Agreement. Work completed up to that point is billed as agreed, and we’ll hand over what has been built.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
