Effective date: October 3, 2026 · Last updated: October 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Rumbi LLC (“Rumbi,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, or work with us on a custom automation project (together, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Inquiry details you submit through our forms, such as your name, business name, email, phone, website and what you’d like to automate.
  • Project information you share during discovery and delivery, such as how your processes work.
  • Communications with us by email, phone or video call.

Information in your tools

When you hire us to build an automation, you may give us limited access to your business tools (for example, a CRM, form builder, ad account or spreadsheet). That access can expose data stored in those tools, including information about your customers. We access and use it only to build, test and support your automations, as described in our Security page and your project agreement.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses essential storage to remember your cookie choice. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics only load after you accept, and you can change your choice anytime using “Cookie settings” in the site footer.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and prepare quotes.
  • To deliver, test and support the automations you hire us to build.
  • To communicate with you about your project.
  • To improve our website and Services.
  • To protect our Services and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers that help us operate (for example, email, hosting, form handling and analytics), under contracts that limit their use of it.
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Rumbi, our clients or others.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.
  • With your consent.

4. Data retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. Project notes and working files are deleted after a project ends unless you ask us to keep them.

5. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including least-privilege access to client tools and secure credential sharing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your choices and rights

  • Ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us.
  • Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
  • Withdraw analytics consent anytime through “Cookie settings.”

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights.
