Information in your tools

When you hire us to build an automation, you may give us limited access to your business tools (for example, a CRM, form builder, ad account or spreadsheet). We access and use it only to build, test and support your automations, as described in our Security page and your project agreement.

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. Project notes and working files are deleted after a project ends unless you ask us to keep them.
